Inspired in soul, jazz, hip hop, rock & roll and soulful, he can make all his sounds full of style and groove.
Groovent was born in 1994 in Medellín, Colombia and his love for the music was evident as a kid. He started to interest in the electronic music since 2008, when he started to listening many DJs of the local scene, showing interest for genre like House, Electro House, Funky House, Soulful, Tech House and others.
In 2016, he decided to start his project called "Andrek" his first aka as DJ, playing music in many places around the north of the city, getting more experience each year. In 2019, he started to show his skills in every places around the south of the city, participating in many calls from the clubs for new talents, making a start of his career in this scene.
Later when the situation of covid was finishing, he came back to the scene more strong than ever and join a collective called DEEELAY.
