Giorgio Poli aka GpfromVenice is a songwriter/music producer/dj since 1990 from his hometown of Venice -Italy ,started with a project released with Irma Records 1995 under the name "Voodoo Phunk" which it was acclaimed by national radio(Rai stereo Notte) and worldwide with the Tv series Sex in the City and became one of the best funk/acid jazz dubby grooves record of the time

In 2006 he starts his own studio in Brooklyn with talented Taavi Rammar (BkFactory)creating various projects with local and international artists and managing a live music joint Roselivemusic for sound engineering and recording.He also covers the position as technical director for DubStuy Records in Brooklyn,NY.
