Broadcasting to a 10 mile radius, and online around the globe, Glastonbury FM (GFM) is the Community Radio Station for Glastonbury, Street, Wells and all the surrounding villages.
In May 2009, after four years of temporary broadcasts, GFM launched as a fulltime Community Radio Station. If you’re in the Glastonbury, Street and Wells area, tune in to 107.1FM and join in!
GFM is a service different to any currently available in the region, with it’s entire output sourced locally. It’s radio made by local people for local people. Throughout our 5 year licence term, we intend to continue building the diversity and range of output, bringing more and more local people to the airwaves.
As a not for profit organisation, and without the restriction of a commercial mandate, we are confident we can challenge, educate, inform and include all parts of the community.
