In the mid 90s, he deejayed throughout the northeast on the college circuit, continued over the last decade in clubs such as State of the Union in Washington DC in the last decade, and now resides in NYC. His ear and knack for asking for a gig has lead him to sharing a stage with Grover Washington Jr, work as lead sound engineer for shows featuring Gil Scott-Heron and Chick Corea, and spin at venues such as the Thompson Hotel in Tribeca, NYC. dj Goodmusic's specialty is creating hip hop and soul infused events that sample music across all genres.
