Tavis Coburn, embarked on his DJ career in Los Angeles in the late 90s. From playing parties and clubs in downtown LA and Silverlake. Coburn's musical journey has been marked by a unique blend of dubby West Coast tech house with layers of heavier techno. However, it was the deeper and darker realms of techno that truly ignited his passion.
With a renewed sense of purpose and a desire to share his musical journey, Gho5t5hip has set his sights on booking monthly gigs in and around Toronto.
He has also started a small label, and a forthcoming release of Diorite Recordings' debut set of tracks will soon be released. Coburn's meticulous selection process ensured that each release carried its own distinct character while staying true to the label's ethos.
