Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, Ryan Dobrin aka Galvatron began DJing at the age of 16. He has been listening to EDM since he was 13. He was inspired by such DJs as Frankie Bones, X-Dream,Michael Myers and many more. He used to spend hours each day practicing beat matching and blending and scouring record stores on the weekends. Back in the late 90's he was part of a promotional crew known as 4th Dimension. Years later he became friends wioth Ritalin and taught him how to DJ. They soon both became an uncanny tag team that played several events upstate. Galvatron has also played around NYC, Baltimore, Massachusetts and PA. Galvatron is one of New Yorks finest hard trance DJs and has been keeping trance alive and continues to rock dance floors with his hard dance and hard German trance sets. Ryan is currently part of Global Evolution, which is a group that connects hard trances producers and DJs world wide. Global Evolution is a hard trance radio show on technohouse.fm
