Fur The Record originated as a Seattle-based event production and promotion group, founded by veteran Seattle rave/club DJ and event promoter, Tigon. The site has since evolved from an event production company into a community promotional organization, dedicated to making the dance scene in the Furry Fandom accessible to everyone. Whether it be sponsoring the dances at a convention, promoting DJ mixes, helping furs find new DJ's across the fandom, or letting you know of events happening near you, Fur The Record is focused on bringing everyone in the Furry Fandom's dance scene together. Fur The Record is intent on proving that nightlife and dance events are one of the main draws in the fandom.
