Frank Porter is an award-winning professional guitarist, independent songwriter, musician and band leader with over 30 years of experience. He signed with Tate Music Group in 2013 for his Acoustic Rock Album titled, “Who I Am.” Blues, folk and rock primarily influence Frank’s music. In the Spring of 2015, he took 6th place in instrumental category of an international worldwide songwriting contest. Pretty good for a self-taught musician and songwriter! He is releasing a live album later in 2015 titled simply, “Frank Porter – Live.”
In 2014 he played the “MakeMusicNewYork” Festival in NYC and performed recent shows at Connie’s Ric Rac, The Fire, and Legendary Dobbs in Philadelphia.
Fast forward to 2017 and it starts with a show at Gussy's Bar in Queens NY. Then 2 weeks later a 3 hour show at Steel Stacks.
