Emir Foco a.k.a.DJ FOCHO was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. After high school in 1998, he continued education on the Academy of the Fine Arts, University of Sarajevo.His brother sound engineer was a big influence and inspiration for Emir. Special respect to: Depeche Mode, Massive Attack, Bjork, David Bowie, Underworld, Radiohead, Royksopp, Laurent Garnier, Danny Tenaglia , John Digweed, Richie Hawtin, Derrick May, Kraftwerk,Groove Armada, Faithless. Shared the stage with international DJs such as: David Morales,Tiesto, Terry Francis, John Acquaviva, DJ Sultan, CristianVarela, Funk D’Void, Scarlett Etienne, Ivee, Marco Bailey, Raymundo Rodriguez, DJ Outwork, Darren Price/Underworld, DJ Tarkan, Junior Jack, Barry Ashwort/Dub Pistols, Kid Creme, Marshall Jefferson, Petar Dundov, Freemasons, Space DJz,Pirupa, Timo MAAS,TOMCRAFT, Sister BLISS, Stereo MCs.
