Flixanda, which is a portmanteau for Flicks and Actors, is an online database for films of African origin. It is an online database of information relating to African films and TV shows; film actors and production crew; Awards and Events; film storylines and set; fan reviews and ratings. Flixanda is driven by filmmakers and fans collaborative contributions and the database integrity is maintained by the Flixanda team. Flixanda became operational online in 2018 and its database is growing rapidly as a result of contributions from filmmakers, fans and the Flixanda team.
