Originally from Port Elizabeth, Gavo has over 15 years’ experience in prowling around South Africa's underground and the deep & driving feel seeps into all Filtiarn's dark psychedelic sets.
Since his birth, the werewolf has bared his teeth at some of Joburg's biggest festivals, including Revolution NYE, Mozamboogy, Cosmic Circus, Psyclone Halloween, Psytrance on Ice, Moksha, Tswaing Crater Gathering, Rooted Rituals, Pandora Underground as well as I Psy with My Little Eye in PE, and is already lined up to play at 3 festivals in 2017. He has played alongside top international acts Champa, DJ Prozak, Starspine, EffectivE and DJane Gaby, Major 7, X-Noise, Doctor Bops, Organoise, Natural Disaster, Atim, Ancient Organisms, Peak Pilots, Ace Ventura, Dust, Easy Riders & Rocky!
