Playing tracks by
Pleq, Ganucheau, Dntel, Radiohead, Scissors and Sellotape and more.
This mix grew out of my desire to play a more purely ambient set, something that I came to find was difficult to do in the impromptu and improvisational live setting in which my mixes are normally created. It runs about the same length as most of my others, albeit with twice as many tracks and a smattering of vocal samples from speeches and movies.
I had an enormously enjoyable time stitching this together, so expect more in the future.
Due to the tracks contained and the way it was mixed, I would highly recommend you listen to this through headphones. However, you shouldn't miss too incredibly much through speakers, so don't let that deter you.
Also, timestamping was nearly impossible, but if you hear something you want identified let me know.
The voices contained belong to: Albert Hofmann, Aldous Huxley, Brian Cox (as Robert McKee), Carl Sagan, John C. Lilly, Nicholas Cage (as Charles Kaufman), and Oto Hofmann
