It's a live show which goes out Fortnightly on Fridays and was born from a podcast I hosted during lockdown, created to lift spirits through joyful conversations and standout moments of happiness shared by my guests.

It’s a celebration of my guests happiest moments, mixed with a couple of songs from their journey, plus a meaningful item that connects to a happy part of their life.

There will are positive messages from local Fromies, along with music from me to get us up and dancing our way into the weekend.
