This is the latest edition to the Winter Chill series that I was kindly asked to be part of. I had a couple of weeks to come up with a worthy segment to this gorgeous array of musical journeys. A lot happened in that two weeks. The death of a musical god swayed my path somewhat, but I held it together and tipped my hat where necessary. I had fun doing this, although a little bleary eyed. I needed a good cry and this mix helped me with that. I have not listened to anything of the eternal Mr. Bowie since his death. Hearing Sound and Vision wrecked me, but, in a good way. Thank you so much (Ben?) for this absolutely beautiful mix. Loved hearing Bjork as well. I just can't thank you enough. This mix should be called "BIg, Big Heart". One of my favorite mixes so far. Peace to all everywhere.
Hey Ben - consummate blend as per usual. Really loved all the vocal layering and seamless progressions between tracks. Very nice indeed. Good to hear bits of Tomas Dvorak's Machinarium soundtrack again and the evocative "In Paradisum" from Forss. Sublime.

I always look forward to your mixes and the outcome of this one was worth the anticipation, great vision and scope as standard and I love what you did with the Bowie stuff thank you for sharing, great execution.
Thanks man, I always look forward to your impute. I had fun doing this one with in the time frame I had. The Bowie influence came about half way through and changed the whole dynamic. Glad you dug it bro. {*}

This is another amazing set! Superb track selection. Seamless mixing. And what a collection of vox samples you must have. I love 'Onion Moon Landing', I used to use part of it to open my radio shows a few years back. 'Sound and Vision' & 'Wan Lee' was a very poignant moment for me, the latter actually brought a tear to my eye - again! I especially enjoy the last 10 mins of darkness. This set is inspiring me to do more of my dark eclectic mixes! Thanks
