Deejay Safe-P (Paul De Jonghe) is since 1987 with difference in spins on the decks a leading and in demand artist in Belgium. P became resident for Club "Funk You" in Antwerp for 7 years. His mixing and scratching techniques got him in 2nd place for a DMC and with his style and skill he got more bookings in France, The Netherlands and Germany. In 1994 Safe-P started to create his own funky house tracks.
His first steps into music production landed him a record deal with Groovy Records and this is a label of Antler/Subway. At that time he became resident at Café "Local" and this was in those days the place to be in Antwerp.

In 1998 started a complete new chapter for Safe-P as resident in Club "Katsu" in Heers.

Few years later he became part of the family from Cross Section Records and played a couple of times overseas. Later he continued his deejay career as resident at Club "Fuzz" in Herentals.
