Born in Rotterdam, DJ Marcel has always been surrounded by music.
His dream was always to perform in front of people.
Later in life, he fulfilled his great wish by working in the local club as a resident DJ.

Just before the corona crisis he had an online radio station, And Techno It Is, where he mainly played Techno.
Unfortunately, this station no longer exists.

DJ Marcel recently started a new chapter by starting a music channel on Twitch.
On his channel, called Escape the Mundane, he tries to be a gateway to another dimension, just to escape reality for a while.
