Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Don Bickert AKA DJ Enyn found himself looking for a new genre after the collapse of oldschool Hip Hop in cultural media. Hip Hop had fallen victim to the slaughter of minuscule and impotent subject matter and lyricism seemed to no longer matter around the mid to late 2000's. DJ Enyn had to find a new artistic outlet. With the help and guidance of Haylock aka MC FutureTense a well known MC/DJ/Producer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA who came up in the Jungle/ 2 step/ Drum N Bass scene from the early beginnings. Haylock guided DJ Enyn into the rapidly evolving genre known as Dubstep. Not really taking grasp at first Enyn felt as if there was no hope and he would be stuck in the past. Haylock never gave up or got discouraged and continued to pursue and shed light on the genre to a formerly unknowing Hip Hop head. After seeing a performance from the UK's Funtcase it was solidified that Enyn had found his new home in Dubstep/Electronic scene
