Emily is the host of the Radio Show Sustainable Design from A-Z.
As her day job Emily is the director and founder of Urban Reforestation. She believes the way to make change for sustainability is to activate creativity, boldness and innovation in all sectors of our society; communities, businesses and homes. She has an academic background in sustainability, history and commerce at Monash University. Emily is strongly focused on using her specific Sustainable Design and Community Design expertise to inspire and enable individuals, communities and businesses to achieve sustainability through social innovation. She has carried out research around the world in urban agriculture, creative communities and sustainable design. Her vision is to inspire transformation in our urban environments into places that have community connectedness, entrepreneurship, colour-flair, vitality and lots of green.
