Radio presenter, events organiser and yogi Lucy 'Elle J' Small has worked worldwide interviewing superstars, unearthing talent, running festivals, playing big, bad tunes and doing many, many downward dogs along the way.

Her taste is eclectic (to say the least) and includes soul, Latin, jazz, reggae, rap, ambient, world, 80s pop, jungle, blues and anything else that moves her size-9 feet.

In the late nineties and early noughties, Elle J worked as a music journalist, interviewing a myriad of artists, including Jamiroquai, Dizzee Rascal, Janet Jackson and Outkast for Blues & Soul, The Face, The Observer and then some.

​These days you'll find her in Brighton & Hove, raising her family, teaching yoga, promoting events, DJing at random parties and festivals and, of course, producing and presenting radio shows for Brighton & Hove's 1BTN 101.4 FM, also on DAB and www.1btn.fm
