Alex aka Electronic Kiss was born in 1981 in the Soviet Union, but has now found his home in Berlin. As a teenager he found inspiration with electronic music from a combination of techno and trance from Germany, the rave culture of the 90’s and experimentation with diverse sounds. At an early age Electronic Kiss was playing in small clubs and at open airs, which he organized together with friends. His experience with Berlin’s underground party scene in 2008 was the kick for growing up and opened the doors into Berlin’s clubs such as bar25, Brunnen70, Salon zur Wilden Renate, Heidegluehen and many others. His style is a combination of deep hypnotic tunes and vocals from techhouse and more minimal forms of techno. In his sets one feels both the German style and Russian character.
