Earwax Brothers is a dj duo from Budapest (Hungary) playing mostly house and disco music.
The founders: Krejdül and Gregor, the two best friends spent together the high school years in Székesfehérvár, sang in the school choir and educated musically each other in the early 2000's.
Durnig this years Krejdül dug himself into the electronic music sceene, while Gregor discovered the whole spectrum of underground music from death metal across reggae/dancehall to bebop jazz, moreover he was the singer of the infamous Mongúz rock band.
Around 2010 Krejdül moved to London, Gregor remained in Budapest.
Due to the killer distance the Earwax Brothers dj duo was finally founded, but it remained platonic, i.e. only focussing the basics: taste in music.
This non-active phase took until the very first Earwax show in 2019 held in a wedding party. Since then they collect vinyls.
