Nijverdal, Netherlands
In the early 1980s, I began my journey into creating music mixes. Back then, the process involved using a tape recorder and a splicing kit, a hands-on method that allowed me to produce unique mixes for popular Dutch radio programs such as the Soulshow, Dancetracks, and Avro's 3 maal doordraai.
As technology advanced, so did my methods. By 1994, I was among the first to embrace digital mixing, using an Atari 1040 STE. This shift to digital technology marked a significant evolution, enabling me to create more complex and refined mixes. The digital realm offered new creative possibilities.
My love for music led me and a group of like-minded friends to start our own record label. This venture allowed us to contribute to the music
Today, we remain deeply involved in music production and mixing. Our journey from tape splicing to digital mixing has grown into a lifelong commitment. Through all the changes, our dedication remains steadfast. We do it all for the love of music!
