I played this set at a Faerie gathering on sacred land. These were serious heads listening, and serious feet itchin to dance, so I had to bring it. This is me at my most deep and psychedelic, playing breakbeat-driven bass rattlers and futuristic electrofunk. I must've done something right...there were bodies moving in some extraordinary ways in that chilly outdoor pavilion. I proved myself to myself, because this was a scene I'd wanted to properly rock for nigh on 20 years - these were the queens who taught me the right music and the right way to use it to keep a floor moving. I got to play with one of my mentors, who shook his AISE to my shit! That was extremely gratifying. Also, I was told by the other main DJ [who is super-creative] that I slayed. Word.
