Dream FM was a leading London pirate radio station, the station broadcast between 1994 and 1998 from South West London. Originally named Global FM, the station first transmitted during the transitional period where breakbeat hardcore music fragmented into what became two genres - Old School Jungle and Happy Hardcore. Dream FM played predominantly Happy Hardcore and old skool but also had some Jungle and House music shows.
Dream FM became instrumental in championing the Happy Hardcore scene, promoting sold out raves at London venues such as the Rocket, Adrenalin Village and Bagleys.
Now were back as an internet station.....
