Doug Wendt, Rex Foundation Ralph J. Gleason Award honoree, has been working in radio, music, and film since the 1960s. He's known for his BEST OF ALL WORLDS, DEEP SIXTIES, MIDNIGHT DREAD radio programs amongst others and his popular WORLDBEAT DANCE PARTY in San Francisco hailed by DETAILS MAGAZINE as "Best Night Out In America" and by Rio de Janeiro's O GLOBO as "An Empire of the Senses!" Wendt's mixes at the AIDS Dance-A-Thons in L.A. & San Francisco were described as "the talk of the evening. Doug's sets totally galvanized the crowd of over 7,000. Incredible! Fantastic!"
