Back in 2005, Pedro Leyva a.k.a. dj Periskopio discovered his passion for electronic music, initiating this journey by attending events where psytrance artists would perform. Enriched his vision of Djing by delivering the audience a journey into his storytelling track selection dynamism.
Pedro has performed in places like the renowned Cafe Iguana in Monterrey Mexico and the Iconic Club 23 (Organix) located in Vancouver, along some other venues and parties during 2007 and 2011. He also was invited to perform at a Gala event in Museo Franz Mayer in Mexico City as part of the Designer awards Premio Quorum in 2012.
Currently based on Edmonton, Alberta, he has made his come back by delighting the audience attending The Cask and Barrel in Downtown Edmonton.
Dj Periskopio Delivers melodic sets with refined sound ranging from 100 - 130 Bpm Lounge, Indie dance, Synthwave, Electro pop, Bass House, Progressive House and Nu Disco and subtle fusion atmospheres.
