Dorian's sound is best described as a mainly blend of dark progressive trance, and driving uplifting trance, often with a tech edge. His sets are often noted for their track selection expertise and unexpected twists. Dorian has also ventured into the realm of funky house with a couple of sets becoming legendary amongst the Sydney scene.

He is a member of the Sydney Trance crew, and was involved at the inception of Beatz @ 99.3FM and still features from time to time, having had mixes played on-air in Australia, and also the UK.

Since stepping behind the decks again recently and blowing the roof off the Transience DJ comp, Dorian now regularly plays along side the cream of local Sydney talent, such as Zac Slade, Matthew Duress, Tonto, Pato de Gomah, Rossco, Adriano, Jay Assassin, Nathan Cryptic, Matrix, Broox-e & Matt Spicer, and has also played some big events involving Marlo, Scott Richardson, and Aiera.
