Over the span of 21+ years, DJ TRU has become a Denver House Music Icon. TRU mixes a wide variety of House Music including but not limited to: Nudisco, Happy Vocal House, Tech House, Deep House, Circuit and Tribal. His sets can journey through a variety of dance music including disco, 80's & 90's era dance, plus the hottest Pop and Hip-Hop dance remixes of today.
TRU is notorious for vibes that explore the depths of dark, sexy, and bass heavy Tech House. TRU has established himself as expert in tailoring sets for each venue and unique vibes of the crowd.
Since 2005, TRU has performed at several Denver, Colorado area venues such as Club Vinyl, Milk Bar, Funky Buddha Lounge, Denver Sweet, Tracks Nightclub, Trade Denver, Charlie's Denver, Fyrelight Camping Festival, and the University of Denver QSA. Additionally, TRU has performed for The Center Denver Pridefest Absolute Dance World stage in both 2024 and 2025. Currently, DJ TRU holds a residency at the Denver Eagle.
