DJ Tony Gonzalez has been spinning the decks back in the 80s when he was spinning the floor with break dancing, started experimenting with the controls on an old walnut-veneered record player back in the days. Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, he grew up and raised in a profoundly small and quiet town in Lajas, Puerto Rico. He is nonetheless a completely self-taught DJ, acquiring all the necessary gear to mix it up and pushing all six 15” Pyle Drivers in an 8’x9’ room until something happened. Learning by his side back then is a now well-known Dj Emil Cedeño. The first record he bought was C-Bank with Jenny Burton - One more shot in 1983 and Lajas would never be the same again. He is not limited to any genre, combining Deep House, House music, Latin, disco, dub-step, Tribal, Techno and Progressive house to create a new sound.
