DjMaoori grew up in the Ferrara countryside, at the age of 28 he moved to the mountains of Corno alle Scale (in the province of Bologna), here he met Matteo a.k.a. CorriMC. The same passion for the DJ style leads the two to found the SenzaFreniSound (since 1999), a reggae / dancehall crew with a Sound System style. From 2000 to 2010, Italy travel from the north to the south and from the east to the west performing in the most important yards of the peninsula, meanwhile they create the DanceHallRiders Camp, an event that combines reggae and snowboard become a winter reference point for fans from all over Italy. In the years to follow the two take different paths for professional reasons and the opportunities to see them play together are very few, a pity for those who remember the fire in the danceahall! Now DjMaoori, after a period of "break" where he played mostly around the house, he would like to go back to setting fire to the turntables with his selections of Black Music.
