My name is James W, Falcon and I was there listening and jacking as House Music swept through Baltimore like wildfire in the late 80's.. I was there at O’dell’s, at Cignal’s, at the Depot, at Godfrey’s, at Fantasies, at the 32nd Street Plaza, at Volcano’s and there when the last beat dropped at the Paradox. I was in every basement, backyard, and loft where the music was played. House was and is more than music. It’s a Movement. An artform. An expression. A language all it’s own. It’s a dance and a song that goes on...All night long!!!!

For the past 10 years, I have been building an encouragement based platform that encourages, individuals, couples & leaders & teams in the workplace. The network includes poetry, motivational books, internet radio & tv and now deejaying house music to encourage those in need. It's expanded exponentially since its founding in 2013. I've gathered all of this under one banner that I call Encouragement Is Key. Get, Be & Stay...Encouraged!!!
