KEVYN discovered his passion for music from an early age, influenced by the sounds of the 80s, 90s, Old School, Groove and Golden Era. His DJ journey began with his friend DJ Jovanni Vingta, performing through a mobile disco and discovering the art of entertaining through music.
He later studied at The Original Bakery DJ School in Mauritius, learning the fundamentals of DJing and vinyl. During this journey, he had the opportunity to play vinyl alongside Cream Cracker, deepening his appreciation for DJ culture and musical selection.
His sound evolved through Tech House, Afro House, Soulful, Organic and Deep music, with inspiration from Djeff, Afrozila, Erick Morillo, David Jay, Henri Fleurant, Osunlade and Boddhi Satva.
Today, KEVYN is a versatile DJ blending Afro, Organic, Soulful, House and Commercial sounds while creating memorable experiences.
