Wes Nesman, THA DiGiTAL DRAGON, began his journey in 1999 as a rave MC, and later a DJ, in Detroit, over time growing into a prominent electronic performance artist now based in Seattle, WA. As a pioneer in the early use of computers, DAWs, and DJ software, he can scratch, mix, and improvise vocals, using both analog and digital techniques to command the elements of electronic power, funk, and soul, creating a sound reminiscent of a digital dragon.
Though most at home in Drum & Bass, Wes is known for transcending genre boundaries, crafting completely custom transitions into Hard Dance, House, Speed Garage, Breaks, Trap, Glitch, 2-Step, Drumstep, Mid-Tempo, Electro, Dubstep, and Bass Music.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in electronic music, culture, and history, THA DiGiTAL DRAGON carries his audience on a unique sonic adventure exploring a soundscape of timeless electronic dance music.
