Ferndale, Michigan based artist 'Destroy Object', born David Bitterman (See D-Bit), spent his teenage years immersed in the burgeoning techno scene in Detroit, Michigan. Classic parties thrown by Plus-8 label boss Richie Hawtin, Underground Resistance's Mike Banks, Jeff Mills, Rolando and host of others all played a pivotal roll in the forming the deep appreciation and understanding of techno music shared through his latest 'dObj' Mix Series.

In the early 2000's under the moniker D-Bit, Bitterman joined forces to form two record labels, Music-In-Formation and Live Wire Records, both focused on releasing new music from up and coming artists in the Detroit and Windsor areas. Eventually broadening their scope to include music from newly emerging talent in the North American techno scene, releases included Detroit Underground artist & label boss Kero, talented Texans' Tim Xavier & Andrei Morant, Wisconsin's Dustin Zahn and his Midwest co-conspirator Ian Lehman.
