Demi James, real name Marco James D’Emidio, is a Rome-based DJ and producer. His sound is rooted in house and minimal, shaped by deeper club textures and UK-influenced rhythms ranging from breakbeat and garage to acid and electro.

A long-time resident of Minù at Circolo degli Illuminati — one of the key spaces in his artistic path — he has built his identity through years behind the decks, developing a style that balances dance floor instinct and detailed musical research.
As a producer, Demi James has released the Akyjam EP on One Of 4 and reworked BLCKEBY’s “My Fault” with his own reinterpretation. He is also co-founder and resident of Lumina, a project created to explore club culture through music, community and shared artistic direction.
Elegant but direct, deep but functional, his approach is focused on building refined yet physical sets, where groove, tension and detail move together.
