Dead Air, A UK based collective formed in 2011 by DJ’s Fred Fernandez and Mad Eyes. An all encompassing collective, Featuring DJ’s, Producers and Artists pushing the envelope of creativity daily.
The boys have spun alongside DJ’s and artists like: Dizzee Rascal, Friendly Fires, Faithless, The Kills, The Klaxons, Little Boots, The Libertines, Gary Numan plus so many more. Venues and events of distinction graced by Dead Air include: Digital Newcastle, Middlesbrough Empire, The Queen of Hoxton , The Big Chill House, Turnmills, 93 Feet East, 333, Evolution Festival, Middlesbrough Music Live plus Moshi Moshi’s 10th Birthday celebrations in Paris.
Collectively speaking the boys had been producing together for a few months prior to Dead Air’s formation on remixes for Marina and The Diamonds, Detroit Social Club and Silvershock. Forthcoming remixes for Gamble & Burke and Lana Del Rey will be thrust upon eager fans soon. Oct 30 sees the Dead Air radio show hitting the airwaves via Kane FM
