It was in the mid 90's that DeViouS first heard a style of music that would forever change his life. The house scene had just emerged in his hometown of Port Elizabeth and after a night at local nightclub Einstein's his passion for the movement started.
What started out merely as a passion and a hobby grew into something more as DeViouS began networking with local house legends Dave Martin, Du1 (Duann Marais).
DeViouS became exposed to great music. In his own words: “To me underground music just made sense, the first time I heard it ignited a fire in my soul and became my passion."
Through many hours of fine tuning DeViouS has slowly began crafting his own unique style blending an eclectic sound of tech and progressive beats.
