I took a second class at Point Blank, Creative DJ Skills. It was awesome! For our final we had to record a set that included an acapella, creative use of hot cues / memory cues, effects, loops, and a few other things. Overall, it was pretty challenging but I'm happy with how it turned out. I learned a TON and definitely feel like I have a few new tricks up my sleeve. I didn't get to perform the set live during our class but I was able to play it at the park with my collective and it was a blast! Everything went smooth except for one time when I loaded onto the live deck and the sound went silent for a sec, oops (remember to load your settings people, and keep eject locked!). My friends just cheered while I loaded the track and we all laughed. Good times
