Dasha is a sonic project that wants to create soundscapes. These soundscapes rely on more than just the synthesizers used in the track; they rely on the very sounds that appear. These sounds can bring to life and materialize what their noise represents (like an alarm, an automobile, a lightning strike). What Dasha is looking for is to be able to make different sensations and ideas appear throughout the dark of the club so audiences can literally stroll through sounds.
Dasha is based in Mexico City and has been a tech-house/techno DJ since 2013. In 2018, Dasha decided to try to produce his own music because todays electronic music wasnt dynamic or colorful enough for him. As time went by, Dasha began to fuse the sound effects he loved in trance with the beats he adored in techno. This musical hybrid finally became what is today known as ‘Maximum Black’. Through the inclusion of trance and high-tech minimal in techno, his sound truly comes to test our auditive capabilities.
