I experienced my first contact with EDM through a Happy-Hardcore-CD of my brother, which I came across by accident. I was fascinated by the speed and intensity of that genre. Through Sven Väth's "L'Esperanza" I got introducted to Trance and via Richie Hawtin's Remix of System 7's "Alpha Wave" to Techno. 1996 I had my early Club-/Rave experiences, which induced me to buy my first records. I started playing at private parties, till I eventually had my premiere rave gig in 1997. Together with my brother I'm also deejaying b2b (Da Brothers gonna work it out / Daniele d'Agnelli vs. Dyrtsta).
I always try not to submit myself to any stylistic boundaries. The audience always decides where the journey goes to.
Best Gigs:
Club Fast Forward - Barcelona/ESP
Pizzazz - Atlantis 2 Progressive - Blansko/CZE
Faval Music Circus - Rock da City - Brno/CZE
Prison Club - Landau/GER
Muthaland 2003 - Posthof Linz/AUT
Concept One - Messe Wels/AUT

On Soundcloud you can always find some Gems of Electronic Music. This Time I found the "Whitesquare's Closing Down Re-Edit" of Placebo's Interpretation of "Running up that Hill" (originally by Kate Bush):
