Deviate has been running since 2002. After starting out small-scale, Lego-size in East London, it moved onto Newcastle for three years; taking up residency at the famous World Headquarters club.

Deviate prides itself on hosting some of the most exciting underground artists that the UK has to offer. Branching genre's such as Dubstep/Electro/House/Grime, Deviate prides itself on bringing the most cutting edge bass lines to its crowds.

Today it hosts a monthly Friday residency in Newcastle at World Headquarters and hosts various events in London at venues including East Village, The Scala, Corsica Studios, 93FT East and Vibe Bar. Deviate has also performed at Lake of Stars in Malawi, hosted a tent at The Secret Garden Party in the UK. In their spare time the team like to raise funds for The White Ribbon Alliance with the Convoy to Cape Town.
