Born in East Germany, DNL experienced the development of Techno first hand after the iron curtain disappeared and clubs like Tresor, K-- and Achter Mai quickly became his living room.
Triggered by the legendary Evosonic radio he started his first DJ steps in 1999. Since then electronic music became an essential part of his life.
His DJ sets are deeply rooted in Detroit Techno and Electro but also Drum & Bass. Every genre does have interesting music to offer, you just need to stay open minded.
After playing already at smaller festivals and clubs in Germany DNL is now discovering the underground party scene in Taipei where he made recurring appearances at parties of the Sub City Drum & Bass collective and on other occasions at 23 Music Room.
