DJ Spaceman is the solitary crewmember of Spaceman Station, a lonely outpost somewhere incomprehensively far away in deep space. His signal travels across vast distances to reach the listeners of the night. He doesn't know who you are, where you are, or what you're going through. He only knows that you're listening.
DJ Spaceman is alone. You may be alone. But through the music, you share the night. His signal is a tiny beacon of humanity traveling through an endless void. It doesn't eliminate the darkness; it just says someone is out there. Someone is listening. And for that few minutes of musical joy, we're together.
