SoShy, who began her career as a an actress, soon discovered the art of DJing, which she did for several years.
In 2003, she signed a deal with Sony Music/Daylight New York.
She was featured at the 2005 and 2007 MUSEXPO music conférences.
Her single "Dorothy" was featured on the FIFA 10 soundtrack and her song "The Way I" was featured on the Official Soundtrack of FIFA 06.
In 2009, SoShy signed to Timbaland 's MosleyMusic Group and Jimmy Iovine's Interscope / Universal Music Group. Her first single "City of Angels" entered the Canadian top charts the first week of its release and is still played by major radios to this day in both English and French.
The video for second single "Whateva Man" premiered on Vevo September 3, 2014.
She cowrote and featured on the single from rapper AZ Back To Myself", produced by Paul Hendricks ana Baby Paul, released in November 2015.
She is currently working on her new album as well as going back to her acting and DJing career.
