Scott Kerr is one half of DJ Duo and Production outfit Soul Rebel. Soul Rebel are co-promoters / resident DJ's for Cardiff UK, based House promotion Memorex. Memorex have brought the likes of Franck Roger, Subb-an, Huxley, Dan Ghenacia, Shaun Reeves (Visionquest) and Derrick Carter to Cardiff to name a few.
