I was born on May 13th 1978 in Mariazell, Styria /Austria. I discovered a deep passion for Rockabilly in my early teens. At the age of fourteen I became the youngest writer to contribute reviews and interviews for the German jive, swing & rockabilly magazine “Rock & Roll Music Magazine”. In 2005 I wrote for Slam Bam a German magazine, specialized in Swing, Jive and Rockabilly. Bob Timmers later recruited me as columnist for the Tennessee based Rockabilly Hall Of Fame which required me to write in my second language English.

During a trip to my former home, London (I lived there from 1997 – 1999), I met John Howard Editor of UK Rock then, today UK Rock & Roll Magazine, in good editorial hands of Johnny Hop. Back then, it was John Howard who I sent some articles for publication, today I still write for UK Rock & Roll Mag. I´m also an author and published two books on Bill Haley, acting is my passion, and I work on a book about Elvis Presley - www.ottomartinfuchs.com
