DJ Rea began spinning tunes when she grew tired of relying on other DJs to play the music she wanted to hear in clubs. Over the past 20 years, she has performed at more than 2000 gigs across the region, as well as in the UK, Norway, Germany, Portugal, Austria and Slovakia. She has graced the stages of the biggest music festivals and events in the region, including Exit Festival, Outlook, Hideout, InMusic Festival, SeaStar, Terraneo, Soundwave, and the Sarajevo Film Festival, among others.
With a background in the music industry, including music journalism at Rolling Stone Croatia, radio hosting on Yammat.fm and Radio 808, festival organisation, music consulting, music publishing, and playlist curation, she possesses extensive knowledge of various music genres. However, she prefers to showcase her skills through mash-up DJ sets, predominantly featuring Hip-Hop, R'n'B, Dancehall, Afrobeats, UK Bass and Electronic music.
