DJ Neerav

With over 20 years of experience in the global music movement, DJ Neerav is one of the founding fathers of Montrealâs burgeoning electronica scene, having come up with the likes of Tiga, Misstress Barbara and DJ Champion. His love and passion for music have taken him all over the globe in search of the perfect groove, and heâs headlined main and ambient stages at major festivals the world over (including Shambhala, Earth Dance in California, Samothraki in Greece and Universo Paralello in Brazil).
Raised in Jamaica with a mixed Latin heritage, he moved to Canada when he was 10 years old and fell in love with listening to the radio each night. Classically trained on piano, he is equally at home with pop, reggae, world, or the latest slamming electro beats.
He represents Interchill Records on the East Coast as a label DJ and has experience in A&R and CD compilations as well. DJ Neerav is also the man behind Canadaâs original electronic music magazine âTrance 5000â, and is a facilitator
