Dance Medicine has 3 steps.
Step 1. Mental plane. We decide and process mentally what we’re going to work on in the session. we set a specific Intention.
Step 2. Emotional and Physical plane. We go into a musical journey for about 1,5/2 hours where we use •Intuitive movement

•Sounding
to go into a deep Trance or No-mind state of flow and we process our emotions, raise our vibration and manifest whatever we need.
Step 3. Energetical plane. Ishtar is a Psychic Medium and High Frequency Channeller that uses Light Language and Channelled messages to transmit Light codes and Activations. So whatever we have set an intention about in the 1st Step, She will give a Channelled message at the end of the session.
