A self confessed ‘child of music‘ DJ Embassy discovered his love for house music at the tender age of 13. Like most of us with older siblings we can naturally follow in their footsteps; so his love and passion for the music was born from his brothers day in day out listening to house music.
With a natural curiosity for all things house, the soon to be producer saved his own money to begin collecting software and hardware as well as music. Inspired by house music legends such as Glenn Underground and Louie Vega he produced his first piece of music at 14 years old. Understanding the benefits that DJ skills could bring to his productions he made the conscious decision to hone his skills as a DJ.
Landing a residency in his home town of Polokwane Limpopo, his belief in himself and continued hard work soon paid off. A successful residency, bookings from other promoters and attention from international label heads.
